*Individual Manufacturer’s List Prices (MLP) of the factory fitted options quoted on this specification sheet separately include LCT. If the total price for the displayed vehicle (excluding statutory charges) is below the LCT threshold then LCT is not applicable & the price of factory fitted options will need to be recalculated excluding LCT. Please enquire at your authorised Audi dealer for further details. This is a manufacturer’s specification sheet and new vehicles must be purchased from authorised Audi dealers. Specifications are as planned from May 2010 and are subject to change without notice or obligation. All information in this specification sheet is correct at the time of publication, however variations may occur from time to time and Audi Australia Pty Ltd, in so far as it is permitted by law to do so, shall not be liable in anyway as a result of any reliance by any person on anything contained in this specification sheet. Audi driving experience Program

Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Audi driving experience Program ("the Program").

1. The organiser is Audi Australia Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 071. The organiser is Audi Australia Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 077092776) of 895 South Dowling Street, Zetland, NSW 2017 ("the Organiser").

2. The Program is available to the public. Each participant in the Program ("Participant") must use the online registration form to register in a Program session ("the Event").

3. The cost of participation is outlined on this website and is charged per Participant per Event ("the Fee")

4. Each Participant in the Program ("the Participant") must be the holder of a current full drivers permit, allowing the Participant to legally drive a vehicle on a public road in the relevant State or Territory of the country in which the Event will be held. The Participant must provide evidence of this to the Organiser on location prior to participation in the Program or earlier on demand from the Organiser. Learner or probationary drivers are not permitted to take part in the Program.

5. Each Participant must be over 25 years of age at the time of participation in the Program.

6. Each Participant must complete the Organiser's Release of Liability and Indemnity Form on the day of the Event prior to participation in the Program, agreeing to conditions including (but not limited to):
a. participation in the Program is at the Participant's own risk and the Organiser, its servants, agents and contractors and all persons and companies which sponsor it will be released from liability for injury to or death of the Participant;
b. to follow the rules, conditions, directions and signs given or shown to Participants during the Program;
c. not to operate, drive or be in charge of any vehicle during the Program whilst under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or any other drug;
d. that the Participant is the holder of a valid and current full drivers licence; and
e. to drive safely and not unnecessarily put themselves, any other person or property at risk of damage, death or injury.

8. Registration must be made by an individual using the online registration form. The individual must select the Event that the individual wishes to attend, fully and properly complete the registration form and pay in full for the Event within seven (7) days of registration. Tickets will not be allocated unless and until full payment has been received. Where a Participant fails to pay the ticket purchase price within seven (7) days the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the reservation and reallocate the ticket.

9. Events are subject to maximum and minimum numbers of participants. Where ticket allocations for an Event have been exhausted an individual will not be able to purchase a ticket. Where minimum numbers are not met, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event, or combine the Event with another session on the same date, or to hold the Event on another date. The Organiser will provide a refund where it cancels the Event, or where a Participant is unable to attend the re-scheduled date but otherwise will have no liability to any participant for failure to hold an Event, or for re-scheduling any Event.

10. The Fee must be paid prior to participation in the Program.

11. If a Participant intends to cancel his or her scheduled attendance at the Program then he or she must inform the Organiser in writing to admin@audidrivingexperience.com.au. If: a. written notice is received by the Organiser at least 1 month prior to the commencement of the Event for which that person has a ticket, the Organiser will provide the Participant with a full refund of the ticket price; b. written notice is received by the Organiser 1 month or less prior to the commencement of the Event which that person has a ticket, or fails to attend the Event for which that Participant has a ticket, no refund will be given.

12. The Organiser may, at its discretion, allow the Participant to reschedule a registration. The rescheduled date must be within 12 months of the original booking date. Clause 11 is no longer applicable when a course has been rescheduled by the Participant.

13. The Organiser may, at its discretion, allow the transfer of a registration to another individual. The individual must meet the restrictions for participation in the Program listed at clauses 4 and 5.

14. The Organiser, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the details of any Participant and refuse registration of any Participant whose registration is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

15. The Organiser will arrange suitable catering of the Organiser’s choice for a Participant. Should a Participant opt to bring with him/her one additional person to view and not participate in the Event, the Participant must notify the Organiser in writing at least 7 days prior to the Event if catering will be required for such additional person. Subject to the Participant providing such 7 day notice, catering (of the Organiser’s choice) shall be provided for such additional person subject to the Participant paying an additional cost as required by the Organiser for such additional catering. Written notice of any special dietary requirements must be provided by the Participant at least 7 days prior to the Event.

16. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any Event or the Program at its sole election and refund the Fee (if paid), however the Organiser will not in any other way be liable to any party in respect of the cancellation of the Event or the Program.

17. All care has been taken to ensure all information on this website related to the Program is accurate but it is hosted by a third party, and to the maximum extent permitted by law the Organiser takes no responsibility and accepts no liability whatsoever for any incorrect or inaccurate information or any difficulty experienced by any person attempting to register for the Program.

18. The Participant must have successfully completed the required pre-requisites for each course, where applicable. Audi Advanced Driving Experience or equivalent as approved by the Organiser must be successfully completed prior to commencing Audi Performance Driving Experience. Audi Performance Driving Experience must be successfully completed prior to commencing Audi Sportscar Experience and Audi Sportscar Experience must be successfully completed prior to commencing Audi Race Experience.

19. The Organiser, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to terminate a Participant's participation in the Program or any Event at any point prior to the commencement of or during the Program/Event if the Participant is considered to be acting in a manner which may endanger the safety of any persons or property.

“Audi Customer Questionnaire” Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 10/08/2011 and ends at 11:59pm AEST (for all online entries) or by last mail received (for all mail entries) on 10/11/2011 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 25 years or over who have a full-unrestricted drivers license (“Eligible Entrants”).

4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, either:

a) obtain a copy of Audi Magazine Australia Issue 02/2011, fully complete the survey found in Audi Magazine Australia Issue 02/2011 and send it to PO Box 162, Toowong, QLD 4006 so that it is received by last mail on 10/11/2011; or
b) visit audi.com.au/survey follow the prompts to the online survey, input the requested details and submit the fully completed online survey.

5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

8. Only one (1) entry permitted per person.

9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

10. The prize draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 3, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina, NSW 2250 on 01/12/2011 at 10.00am AEDST. Winner will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw by phone and also in writing by email. Winner’s name will also be published in The Australian on 15/12/2011. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. There is one (1) prize draw to be conducted for this promotion.

12. The first valid entry drawn from all entries received will win an “Audi Track Experience Reward” for two (2) adults aged 25 years or over valued at up to $4,306 depending on date and point of departure. The Audi Track Experience Reward may take place in Sydney, NSW, Melbourne, VIC or Brisbane, QLD. The Promoter will determine the destination for the drawn winner in their absolute discretion. Prize includes: return economy class airfares (including airline and airport taxes) for two (2) adults from the winner’s nearest capital city to either Sydney, NSW, Melbourne, VIC or Brisbane, QLD depending on the winner’s prize destination as determined by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion (if necessary); two (2) nights twin share accommodation at either the InterContinental Sydney, InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto, Melbourne or Sofitel, Brisbane (or similar) including buffet breakfast; return airport to hotel transfers (chauffer driven in an Audi [or similar]); $500 spending money for the winner and entry for two (2) adults to the Audi Track Day event (to be held at either Eastern Creek International Raceway, Sydney, Calder Park Raceway, Melbourne or Lakeside International Raceway, Brisbane, as determined by the Promoter, in its absolute direction), which includes a hot lap of the track for the winner and their companion.

13. Prize must be taken to coincide with the Audi Track Experience Reward event on the dates to be determined by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, and is subject to booking and flight availability. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, additional taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in any prize.

14. Winner (and his/her companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.

If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

15. The winner of the Audi Track Experience Reward prize and his/her companion acknowledge that the hot lap element of the prize (“Activity”) is a dangerous activity that may result in injury or death, and participate at their own risk. The winner and his/her/ companion must: (a) attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, required medical tests and other requirements of the Promoter and Activity organisers as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) not have any heart condition or history thereof, or other medical conditions (including pregnancy) that would make it dangerous to participate in the Activity; (c) not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; (d) comply with all directions of the Promoter and Activity organisers at all times; and (e) wear all safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and Activity organisers, in their absolute discretion, at all times reserve the right to: (a) prevent any winner or his/her companion from participating in the Activity if, at any time, they reasonably believe that the winner or his/her companion poses a safety risk or for any other reason; and/or (b) cancel the Activity if the conditions are deemed dangerous. If the Activity is varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter it may not be rescheduled and no compensation will be offered.

16. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

17. Total prize pool value is up to $4,306. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

18. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 01/03/2012 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the case of a winner, they will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw by phone and also in writing by email. Winner’s name will be published in The Australian on 15/03/2012.

19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

21. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if an Audi Track Experience Reward event is cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by the winner or an entrant; or (g) use of the prize / participation in a prize or attendance at the prize event.

24. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and his/her companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

25. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

26. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
